Equation

|φ⟩ = α|↑⟩ + β|↓⟩, one pair + 2 bits

What moves

the two bits in flight; B's point on the sphere

Structure

Colour means

blue and violet, the lean of a measurement along each direction; cyan, the bits

Cover still of the study

Inside each sphere, blue shows the directions where a measurement leans up and violet where it leans down. A holds a state it need not know, and one half of a pair like Study 069's. It measures its two spins together. The state at A is gone, and one of four results appears, each with the same odds. Only those two bits travel, no faster than light. Until they arrive, B's spin still reads 50/50 on any axis. The bits say which of four points B holds, and B makes the matching half turn. All four results end on the same state. No copy was made, and the pair is used up.
