Mokujiro Studio is a design practice based in Melbourne, Australia. This notice explains what we collect when you use mokujirodesign.space, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We do not ask for anything else. Separately, the site records anonymous visit statistics, described below.
We do not use cookies. This site stores nothing on your device.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Under UK and EU data protection law, our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a response.
Visit statistics
We use Framer Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It works without cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We see totals and trends, not individuals.
Who else handles it
The site is built and hosted on Framer, which stores form submissions on our behalf and provides the visit statistics described above. Framer acts as our service provider and processes this data under its own terms. Framer operates outside Australia, so your enquiry is stored on servers in the United States and Europe.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and for up to two years after our last exchange. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it at all. Write to mokujirodesign@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your national data protection authority. In Australia you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
